Capillary Electrophoresis System
Description
This is a separation technique performed in submillimeter capillaries and in micro and nanofluidic channels. Separated chemical compounds appear as peaks with different retention times in an electropherogram. Typical detector methods used are UV, UV-Vis aabsorbance, or fluorescence.
