D8 Advance Diffractometer System

Description

The D8 Advance Vario System is equipped with a Johannson type primary monochromator providing pure K Alpha 1 radiation for a wide range of applications. Samples can be measured in three pre defined geometries with one instrument. Bragg-Brentano Reflection, Bragg-Brentano capillary transmission and Bragg-Brentano Foil Transmission. This coupled with the high speed Vantec 1 detector gives unrivalled speed and sensitivity for all your samples.
