Flow Cytometer
Description
The Guava Easy Cyte is a benchtop flow cytometer which can do a variety of fluorescent assays on cells in 96-well plate format (so smaller sample size than needed for normal flow cytometry). Assays include cell count, cell viability, cell cycle analysis, GFP expression, antibody binding. Runs Cytosoft analysis software.
