Description
Multiple Real Time Applied Biosystem PCR machines enable, high-throughput, one and two step RT PCR RNA quantification, DNA/cDNA quantitation, Allelic Discrimination and Plus/Minus assays using an internal positive controls. All machines support TaqMan® and SYBR® Green chemistries.
