Robotics system for automated SELEX

 

Description

A robotics system to generate RNA aptamers using an automated systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) process. Each SELEX cycle consists of a ligand-binding reaction, separation/purification of ligand-bound RNA apatamers, reverse transcriptase (RT)-PCR reactions and an in vitro transcription reaction.
