Automated microscopy enabling cell selection for downstream RNASeq. The system isolates thousands of single-cells, identifies and processes individual cells using automated imaging and software and delivers critical insight derived from running multiple samples or experiments on a single chip. The Single-Cell System can identify rare cells from a cell population at a sensitivity of <1 %. Identify 1000s of single-cell containing wells in an automated fashion.
