Description

The QTRAP 6500 is a mass spectrometer that is used for targeted, quantitative hypothesis-driven experimentation. Selected/multiple reaction monitoring (S/MRM) proteomic analyses will be carried out for the identification of; low abundance proteins in complex proteomes, pathway perturbation analysis and the identification and quantification of changes in the levels and site occupancy of key post-translational modifications on important regulatory proteins in relation to our Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research programme grant.
