CCD spectrometer system for high sensitivity and broad wavelength range spectroscopy

Description

detection of very weak photoluminescence signals will be measured from one atom thick structures. The peculiarity of the system allows the CCD cameras to be cooled by liquid Nitrogen to much lower temperatures than alternative CCDs offered on the market. The low temperature is vital to minimize the dark noise CCD counts and therefore offers a superior sensitivity of the detected signal. Facility: N/A
