Infrared Spectrometer and fibre optics probe/Particle Size Measurement Device using FBRM principle

Description

Instrument is a Fourier transform (FT) infrared spectrometer (mid infrared range, i.e., 650-1800 cm^-1) equipped with a probe based on the attenuated total reflectance (ATR) principle. The probe is connected to the spectrometer with a fibre optics cable and can be positioned flexibly. The instrument can therefore collect infrared spectra of liquid phases (allows to track chemical reactions happening etc.)/Instrument uses the focussed beam reflectance measurement (FBRM) to measure the size of particles suspended in a liquid. Approximate measurement range is from 0.7 micrometer to 1000 micrometer. Suspension densities up to 40%.
