Description

Fluorescence Imaging System. The equipment has confocal imaging of fixed and live cells, FRAP and FRET imaging. Imaging UV and visual flurophores (eg DAPI, Hoechst, CFP, GFP, YFP, Alexa 488/568/647). Motorised stage allows for tile scanning and multipoint imaging. Z-sectioning and 3D imaging. Fluorescence unmixing to separate emission from overlapping flurophores or removal of autofluorescence.
