Description

The POLARstar OPTIMA can perform fluorescence, absorbance and luminescence as well as fluorescence polarization measurements from microtitre plates. It can measure “end-point” experiments or collect kinetic measurements. The instrument has a built-in incubator, e.g. for growth curve experiments. It has reagent injectors for addition of solutions to initiate reactions before collection of kinetic data.
