Transmission Electron Microscope
Description
Tecnai-G2 Spirit TEM is a workhorse microscope for cryo-EM and negative stain work. It is a 120KV, LaB6-equipped TEM with a Gatan US1000XP (4Mpixel) detector. SerialEM is installed for tomographic data collection. This microscope has dual monitors and a 42" LCD screen, making it ideal for demonstrations and small group teaching.
