Bruker IFS-66V Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer. Fitted with exchangeable 6-micron Milar and KBr beamsplitters. Internal Globar and Hg sources. Internal DTGS detector. Modified for THz emission spectroscopy using external detector. Frequency range 20- 7000 cm-1; Spectral resolution 0.25 cm-1.
