Description

A confocal, multi-photon and gated Stimulated Emission Depletion (gSTED) microscope on an inverted microscope. The gated Stimulated Emission Depletion (gSTED) microscope was installed with the aim of achieving greater resolution and clarity. Under gSTED illumination a resolution of less that 30nm can be attained thus it is possible to visualise biology at the molecular level.
